A new data protection law was introduced on 25th May 2018. As a result, we've updated our Privacy Notice to make it easier for you to find out how we use, process and protect your information.

Unless specifically agreed with you, we will only collect personal data about you which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (also known as 鈥sensitive personal data鈥).  The information held about you will depend on what service / enquiry you have made contact with 胡桃女神 about.

 

Why do we need this information?

 

You have chosen to communicate with 胡桃女神 about potential recruitment/vacancies and we may need to contact you with regard to the information you have provided and how this is being utilised to progress the recruitment process.  

 

The lawful basis for collecting your information in these circumstances is that:-

What we will do with your information?

 

We may share your personal data and feedback to the appropriate service(s) within the Council who are responsible for carrying out an analysis of recruitment responses and potentially matching skills to suitable vacancies.  Your personal data may also be used to contact you to advise on how your recruitment application has been processed and next steps  We may also retain (with your permission) your personal data in our recruitment 鈥減ool鈥 to be able to match your skills to any future potential posts/alternative vacancies.

 

Your data will be stored on servers located within the United Kingdom.  We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept secure, and more information on how we do this can be provided by contacting the Data Protection Officer (contact details can be found above).

How long will we keep your information?

 

Your personal information will only be kept for as long as required following the recruitment process, up to a period of one year.  During this period you would be emailed periodically to ensure that you are happy for your details to be retained and any changes to your circumstances.

 

More information on our retention policy can be obtained from the Data Protection Officer if required.

 

Automated Decision Making

 

No automated decision making will take place.

 

Your Rights

 

When you provide information to the Council, you will have the following rights:
